An Open Letter

Dear Insecure Voice In My Head,

Why are you such a nag? What, exactly, is your problem? Why must you plague me so?

Tell me true, what’s not to love?

The yarn?

Merino5Red

The eyelets?

RedFBS-01

The gull lace pattern?

RedFBS-02

Certainly not the buttons, or the charming model.

In short, Insecure Voice In My Head, please observe this delighted smile…

and vacate the premises. My head is quite noisy enough without having to listen to you wring your hands.

Love,
Geek Knitter

it's adorable. I think it's my favourite of the popular baby knits! And in red! Even better!

Wow! You really are a baby knitting machine! Looks great.

So good to see you the other day. :)

What a perfect color for the pattern. I just made my 26 yr old 'baby' one of these and she loved it. It was an easy (if boring in the adult size) knit and it seems to be flattering no matter the size.

You done good!

Fabulous! I love baby clothes that are in bright colors and not lame pastels.
